Linocut is a printmaking technique where an image is carved into a block of linoleum, inked, and then printed onto paper or fabric.
While the carved block creates the same image after printing, the artist may modify each copy uniquely from the other, which produces a mono-print. Each print that I’ve developed to date differs, so as the collector owns a piece that has the touch of the artist, while making art accessible to all with feel of originality. I love this process anquality materials and adds value to the owners’ collection.
